Lord’s Supper Devotion: The Power of Christ’s Sacrifice

Scripture: Hebrews 10:10 (ESV)
“And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.”

The author of Hebrews emphasizes that Jesus’ sacrifice was a one-time event that secured our sanctification, meaning we are made holy and set apart for God. Unlike the repeated sacrifices of the Old Testament, Jesus’ offering was sufficient for all time.
