Week 18: Saul’s Conversion

Saul’s Mission to Persecute
- Saul was a zealous Pharisee who actively persecuted Christians.
- On his way to Damascus to arrest believers, he had a dramatic encounter with Jesus.
Saul’s Encounter with Jesus
- A bright light flashed, and Jesus spoke to Saul, asking, “Why do you persecute me?”
- Saul was blinded and led into Damascus, where he fasted and prayed for three days.
Ananias’ Obedience
- God sent a disciple named Ananias to heal Saul and help him receive the Holy Spirit.
- Saul’s sight was restored, and he was baptized immediately.
Life Applications:
- No one is beyond God’s reach—He can change even the hardest hearts.
- Be obedient to God’s call, even if it seems scary, like Ananias’ mission to Saul.
- When God changes your life, follow Him wholeheartedly, just like Saul did.
